Transitional Housing Program - Midwest Challenge - Life Rebuilders
Provides short-term and long-term transitional housing at 14 properties for adult men and women who have a substance use issue and have been released from prison, a treatment center, or are currently homeless. Housing facilities are located in Apple Valley, Burnsville, south Minneapolis, north Minneapolis, Brooklyn Center, and Richfield. Services provided:
- A safe, alcohol, and drug free-living environment. Rooms are either shared or single bedrooms.
- Comprehensive life skills training, coaching, support, and supervision
- Learn to rebuild strong interpersonal relationships, self-respect, confidence, personal integrity, life meaning and purpose, and family unit
- Referral to community resources for health, mental health, support groups, and other resources
- Training sessions to becoming a responsible and contributing member of the community
