Eligibility

Single women and women with children who have been sexually exploited and are homeless in Anoka, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, or Washington counties

8 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday

Application process

  • Single women without children and pregnant women in 1st or 2nd trimester must obtain a housing assessment through Coordinated Entry for Singles (CEYS)- Women with children must obtain a housing assessment through Coordinated Access to Housing and Shelter for families (CAHS). - For individuals outside of shelter: prescreening for Ramsey County Coordinated Entry for Singles (CEYS) is by appointment only (651)647-2377.- Residents of Anoka, Dakota, Hennepin, and Washington Counties: Individuals and families outside of Ramsey County should call Breaking Free to complete an intake- A waiting list may apply based on housing availability

??Provides 33 units of site-based permanent supportive housing through HUD. Partners with Hearth Connection to match eligible individuals and families with scattered-site subsidized housing with an additional scattered-site housing program in the SMAC region. ***All referrals to our housing programs must go through Coordinated Entry.***
