Eligibility
Adult men and women ages 18 and over who are currently struggling with a substance use issue and are:- Released from prison, a treatment center, or are currently homeless. Individuals with an arson or sex offense will not be accepted.- Residents of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, or Washington counties

Provides short-term and long-term transitional housing at 14 properties for adult men and women who have a substance use issue and have been released from prison, a treatment center, or are currently homeless. Housing facilities are located in Apple Valley, Burnsville, south Minneapolis, north Minneapolis, Brooklyn Center, and Richfield. Services provided:- A safe, alcohol, and drug free-living environment. Rooms are either shared or single bedrooms.- Comprehensive life skills training, coaching, support, and supervision- Learn to rebuild strong interpersonal relationships, self-respect, confidence, personal integrity, life meaning and purpose, and family unit- Referral to community resources for health, mental health, support groups, and other resources- Training sessions to becoming a responsible and contributing member of the communityNOTE: Life Rebuilders is not a medical or treatment facility
