Application process

  • Visit website for current openings under the Find A Home tab - Supportive Housing: A referral is required through the Coordinated Entry process. This process is open to individuals who are staying in an emergency shelter or working with a street outreach team and sleeping outdoors (camp, car, transit, etc). Individuals currently staying with friends or family, or who are in treatment will not be able to access Coordinated Entry.- Housing availability and waiting list status varies from property to property

Provides low and moderate-income adults, families, and youth with affordable, permanent housing. - Studio, 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units available- Efficiency apartments for very low-income homeless youth, some with one child. Offers support services to help youth become self-sufficient- Provides transitional and section 8 housing for formerly homeless adults, must maintain sobriety- Limited number of rentals available for individuals with Unlawful Detainers or criminal historiesNOTE: Current openings are listed on the AEON website under Find A Home tab
