We serve as the hub for the Bemidji recovery community connecting people and families to treatment information, resources and services to help initiate, foster and sustain long-term wellness from addiction. We answer questions, provide information about and link clients to a wide range of resources related to recovery, including treatment options and availability, housing, transportation, employment issues, health care, employment support and peer recovery support groups.

Provides free, confidential, 24/7/365 information and referrals for health and human services in Minnesota. Callers access a database of over 40,000 programs that cover housing, employment, transportation, health services, and elder care. During emergencies or disasters, 211 also coordinates with local agencies to provide timely information and support throughout the recovery process.

Community Resource Connections staff provide information, referral, advocacy, MNSure enrollment assistance and paperwork assistance.

Single point of contact for individuals and families with a short-term challenge or need, connecting them to viable community resources to help improve household stability. We provide support, resources and counseling to Caregivers so that you can take care of yourself while caring for your family member or friend. CARE also helps connect caregivers and seniors with services in the community to meet their individual needs, thereby maintaining and extending independent living.
