Single point of contact for individuals and families with a short-term challenge or need, connecting them to viable community resources to help improve household stability. Provides information on resources to help with housing and utilities, transportation, food and basic needs, health and medical, children's needs, employment, education, and more. Provides information on specific guidelines of local resources and assist callers in accessing them in the proper order, with the proper documentation, paperwork, or requirements.
