Provides: Information and referral, Active listening, Crisis intervention - Linkage service for several agencies after hours including Itasca County Health and Human Services, Itasca Medical Care, Essentia Health Itasca Hospice and Kootasca Community Action programs - Initial contact point for services such as American Red Cross, Salvation Army, AA, Alanon, Crisis Response Team and Habitat for Humanity
