Housing Choice Vouchers - Section 8 - Todd County Housing and Redevelopment Authority - HRA
Designed to assist low-income families, older adults, and individuals living with a disability with their monthly rent payments. Provides for a rent subsidy to be paid to the owner of a rental unit on behalf of the eligible applicant. Those eligible will pay approximately 30% of its monthly income for rent, and Todd County Housing and Redevelopment Authority will make up the difference to the approved payment standard. Rent is to include maintenance and utility services.
NOTE: Provides 25 Housing Choice Vouchers for Non-Elderly Disabled persons. Currently a waiting list for vouchers.
