Provides a Section 8 Rental assistance voucher program for low-income individuals and families, wherein a portion of the rent of approved applicants is paid to the landlord by HRA - Program participants select privately owned houses, apartments, duplexes, or mobile homes - The homes must pass federal inspection standards, and the landlord must agree to participate in the program
