Provides an outpatient treatment program for individuals who are chemically dependent and/or have co-occurring disorders. A licensed 245G substance use disorder treatment program. Clients will need to have a substance use evaluation to determine the level of treatment they need. Programs to improve daily living and minimize risk of hospitalizations related to mental illness. The medication options administered along with a tailored therapy plan are Vivitrol and Suboxone, both of which are used to reduce withdrawal symptoms; decrease cravings; and prevent use of heroin, opioids, and alcohol. - Psychiatric Consultations: Provides comprehensive evaluations to individuals of psychological, biological, medical, and social causes of emotional distress. - Telehealth (available statewide) - Treatment Planning: Each individual enrolled in the program will create a treatment plan with a counselor. The treatment plan will be customized, compiled of goals and objectives based on an individual client's needs and wants. Substance Use Treatment Services: - Comprehensive Substance Use Assessments: The comprehensive assessment is done with a counselor to establish a better understanding of the individual's past and current substance use. The assessment screens for mental and physical health needs as well. In addition, the Rule 25 substance use assessment is performed by a certified assessor, which helps to determine placement and level of care. - Family Therapy (Group or Individual): This is counselor-facilitated therapy designed for spouses, family members, and friends of people who struggle with addiction to come together with clients and others who share similar experiences. This service is interactive and focuses on the role addiction plays in family dynamics. The goal of family therapy is for family members and clients to gain insight into the nature of addiction and how it affects the whole family. Family members will learn how to identify what behaviors support recovery and what behaviors inhibit recovery, along with learning tools and gaining resources on how to help them. - Group Therapy: Group therapy consists of being with peers that share many of the same struggles. During group therapy, clients share the objectives they have completed and receive feedback from the counselor and other group members. Everyone is counseled as an individual in a group. Group therapy is beneficial for a variety of factors: instillation of hope, universality, gaining knowledge through others experience, and having a sense of belonging, to name a few. - Individual Therapy: Individuals who are in group therapy will also receive individual therapy with an LADC. Children's Therapeutic Services and Support (CTSS): Provides therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents whose functioning is impaired due to a mental health or emotional difficulty. Skills training focuses on daily living activities and coping strategies. Outreach services are offered in the home, school, or community to help children and families build skills, regain abilities, and support healthy development. Children's Day Treatment Services: Offers intensive daily programming within the school setting to help children improve behavioral, social, and emotional functioning. Services may include group therapy, skills training, family therapy/skills training, and individual therapy as needed.

Community clinic serves individuals without medical assistance or health insurance and have a health concern. Assists children under the age of 18 with mental health, emotional, and/or behavioral issues; based on the unique and changing needs of the child, designed to improve the child's functioning within the family and community. Activities take place in the child's home and the community.

- Rehabilitative mental health services that enable the recipient to develop and enhance psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustment, and independent living and community skills, when these abilities are impaired by the symptoms of mental illness. - ARMHS are also appropriate when provided to enable a recipient to retain stability and functioning, if the recipient would be at risk of significant functional decompensation or more restrictive service settings without these services. - Adult rehabilitative mental health services instruct, assist, and support the recipient in areas such as: interpersonal communication skills, community resource utilization and integration skills, crisis assistance, relapse prevention skills, health care directives, budgeting and shopping skills, healthy lifestyle skills and practices, cooking and nutrition skills, transportation skills, medication education and monitoring, mental illness symptom management skills, household management skills, employment-related skills, and transition to community living services. Basic living and social skills is a separately billable service as defined below. - These services may be provided to a recipient on a one-to-one basis in the recipient's home or another community setting or in groups.

Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) provides intensive services for people struggling with chronic disorders. ACT works to enhance wellbeing and reduce repetitive hospitalizations.

Provides mental health services. Services include: - Case management services for children and adults for a diagnostic assessment, developing individual family support plans, and coordination of mental health services - Prepetition screening for all individuals petitioned for civil commitments for a mental illness due to being a danger to themselves or others

Designed to help individuals address issues with substance use disorder. Programs are confidential and individualized, and offered multiple days per week, in both the morning and evening, to accommodate people with different schedule needs. All Mental Illness/Chemical Dependency programs vary in length and may be offered in short, medium and long-term formats ranging from 15 - 40 weeks. Many programs are gender-specific and vary by location. Outpatient and IOP Program Meets four times a week and has groups in both the mornings and evenings. Red Wing and Winona Outpatient locations also offer intensive outpatient programming (IOP) with housing for male and female residents. The IOP with housing program meets four times per week to support clients in their recovery. Rochester Outpatient location also offers intensive outpatient program (IOP) without housing.
