Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is an intensive, comprehensive, non-residential rehabilitative mental health service that uses a team approach. Services include:- A multidisciplinary staff with the capacity to provide most mental health services to meet the person's needs- Intensive services to individuals living with a serious mental illness- Services provided 24 hours/7 days a week

A collaborative mental health consortium serving Douglas, Grant, Pope, Stevens, and Traverse counties in west central Minnesota. The group is composed of consumers, family members, county staff, vendors, and state operated services. Region 4 assists and helps people avoid crisis and find appropriate resources in conjunction with the goals and objectives of the consortium.
