PEARLS (Program to Encourage Active, Rewarding Lives) - Elder Network - Southeast Minnesota

Eligibility

  • Older adults ages 55 and older with depression/epilepsy- Residents of Olmsted, Wabasha, and Winona counties

9 am - 3 pm Monday - Thursday 9 am - 1 pm Friday. Hours vary from county to county individuals should check with the Program Coordinator for hours of the assigned PEARLs Coach

Call; email to get on waiting list. Sessions can be held over the phone, on a computer, or in-person.

  • Sliding Scale/Reduced Fee
Community-based treatment program designed to reduce symptoms of depression and improve quality of life. The program consists of 6-8 in-home counseling sessions that focus on the following goals:- Becoming socially and physically active - Scheduling enjoyable activities - Solving problems
