Provides opportunities for older adults to stay involved in their community and a place to meet and socialize. Services include:- Arts and crafts instruction including quilting- Recreational activities including bowling, cards, and intergenerational programs- Coffee Talks: Casual group discussion with community members- Recreational activities including bingo, bridge, and book clubs- Educational opportunities including fall prevention, oil painting, technology classes, and cooking classes- Fitness programs including aerobics- Vision loss support groupServices are part of Community Thread's THRIVE program.

Connects and provides older adults and their caregivers with services in their community to allow them to live long, healthy, and independent lives in their own homes. Services include:- Food Assistance: Congregate dining locations offering low-cost meals, low-cost frozen meals, home-delivered meals, NAPS, and SNAP- Healthy Living: Blood pressure checks, fall prevention screenings, telehealth conferences, Tai Chi and yoga sessions, and stretching/balance education- Information Services: Offers memory loss education and Dementia Friends, Medicare counseling and assistance, fraud/scam identification and prevention, assistance with internet search, assistance with Healthcare Directives and Power of Attorney forms, and classes to older adults- Mobile Community Center: Brings services and socialization to the door or community. The vehicle is equipped with high-speed internet, flat-screen TV, applications for programs, and meeting space for coffee and conversation.- Social: Offers card parties, coffee and conversation time, caregiver respite, karaoke parties, video calls and chats with friends, and social media assistance

Provides multiple programs to help reduce isolation and create culturally inclusive spaces for elders.Conversations and Coffee: A cross generational weekly event for elders to connect with one another and get in tune with what's going on in their neighborhoods.Program includes:- Elder Tablet Program: Provides the elder members tablets and training on technology and having meaningful conversations together. Program offers home visits to drop off the tablet and teach them how to get connected. Tech support is provided while they have the tablet.- Elders Advocacy Program: Offers a comprehensive advocacy service tailored to the unique needs of the elder members. Support ranges from groceries to travel and medical assistance, and providing a helping hand in various areas.

Groups of 3-5 older adults receive socialization, conversation, game play, outings, etc. from trained volunteers and staff (Group Facilitators), while caregivers receive 2-3 hours of respite. Group participants meet at a set location that matches their interests, and meet with individuals who are compatible with their personalities. The Groups are individualized for the participants.Transportation can be provided/included in the service.
