Services offers:- Assistance for families in determining how best to care for aging relatives- Caregiver consultant provides one-to-one assistance to families and caregivers to create a personalized caregiving plan- Chores including washing windows, basic home maintenance, assistance with moving, and yard work- Companionship offers friendly visits and phone calls, weekly check-ins, and monthly Care Packages delivery- Grocery shopping and grocery delivery services- Social and educational engagement opportunities including outreach activities, game days, and more- Transportation to and from medical, dental, and eye, and other appointments in Duluth and Two Harbors
