- 10 am - 7 pm Monday - Friday Closed during school weather closures - Conversation and Coffee meetings: 10 am - 12 noon Tuesday and Thursday reminder emails will be sent out at the beginning of the week on a hosting week

Description

Provides multiple programs to help reduce isolation and create culturally inclusive spaces for elders. Conversations and Coffee: A cross generational weekly event for elders to connect with one another and get in tune with what's going on in their neighborhoods. Program includes: - Elder Tablet Program: Provides the elder members tablets and training on technology and having meaningful conversations together. Program offers home visits to drop off the tablet and teach them how to get connected. Tech support is provided while they have the tablet. - Elders Advocacy Program: Offers a comprehensive advocacy service tailored to the unique needs of the elder members. Support ranges from groceries to travel and medical assistance, and providing a helping hand in various areas.
