- Phones for individuals with speech impairments

Support Groups:
- Various support groups are available to individuals who want learn more about their particular disability, wanting peer support, or first-hand information on how to manage their disability. Some support groups are directly coordinated by Options and others are independent.
Youth Transition Services:
- Assist youth ages 14 - 22 years who are transitioning from high school into the next phase of their life with learning the skills necessary and acquiring the resources needed to be successful

Provides access to assistive technology for individuals with disabilities, their families, and the professionals who work with them. Offers solutions to help individuals meet their education, employment, and daily living goals.

- Assistive Technology Lending Library: The Lending Library offers Minnesota families and professionals the opportunity to explore and borrow assistive technology devices and software.
- Technology Consultations and Trainings: Offers a variety of software and assistive technology devices. In-person and virtual options are available for individuals and groups.
- Trainings and workshops: Provides training and workshops to educate parents and professionals on various technology-related topics.

Provides free assistive phone devices to Minnesotans who qualify. Designed to make telephone communication more accessible for individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, deafblind, or have a speech or physical disability. Equipment provided includes, but is not limited to:
- Hands-free speaker phones
- Light-flashing ringers
- Loud ringers
- Phones for individuals with speech impairments
- Phones that display the caller's words on a screen and allow the user to respond verbally
- Special equipment for people who are deafblind
- Phones with amplified or enhanced sound for clearer hearing
- TTYs
Repairs or replaces equipment that is not working properly or no longer meets the client's needs. If a person is not eligible based on income, the TED Program can provide information on where to purchase devices.
