Owns and operates permanent housing units throughout Minnesota. Duluth, Mankato, and Saint Cloud offer permanent supportive housing and affordable, independent permanent housing in Minneapolis, Saint Paul, Saint Cloud, Duluth, and Rochester. These units consist of efficiencies, one-bedroom, two-bedrooms, and Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) which are similar to a tiny home. Tenant screening criteria can be more lenient than community landlords.

Increases access to medical services by traveling from site to site to bring services where it is convenient for individuals facing homelessness.
