Offers the following services:- Class A Commercial Driver's License Program: Helps participants earn a CDL for free by providing a training coach. Provides an immersive and hands-on training program held at the Interstate Truck Driving School.- Four Cornerstones of Financial Wellness: Provides classes that help participants increase financial management skills and learn to navigate financial systems. Classes include: budgeting to create savings, asset building and debt reduction, building a good credit report, and consumer protection and financial institutions.- Healthcare Career Pathways: Helps participants build skills, reach career goals, and obtain proper certifications and licenses. Provides a training coach that prepares participants for college-level classes, connections to employers, and builds professional skills and networks. Courses offered include English for Industry, Nursing Assistant, Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, and Nursing Assistant Refresher.- Re-Entry Services: Provides adults recently paroled or released an opportunity to gain proper credentials in trainings such as Class A Commercial Driver's License. In addition to job training and career planning, participants will have access to transportation assistance and financial coaching.- Welding and CNC Machining: Offers participants that have completed Manufacturing Foundations, the opportunity to pursue advanced manufacturing programs at Hennepin Technical College that includes 7 - 10 month certificates in Gas Metal Arc Welding or CNC Machining. Program also prepares participants an opportunity to continue their education and earn an associate's degree in a skilled trade.

Direct Access allows an individual to go directly to a provider they choose to receive a comprehensive assessment and access care immediately. Assessments assess an individual's functioning across a variety of dimensions. They are primarily targeted at substance use/chemical dependency disorders and provide person-centered recommendations for care. Additional services include: - Assistance accessing treatment and substance use resources- Behavioral Health Fund: Provides funding assistance for individuals who do not have Medicaid, meet eligibility criteria, and need to access substance use disorder treatment??????????

Services are provided by a team of specialists who help individuals develop skills, reduce competing behaviors, and enhance educational efforts. Services include:- Diagnostic and comprehensive behavioral assessment to establish an individual's current functioning to understand the individual's needs and barriers- Parent and staff trainings on client-specific program plans. Training is active, ongoing, and occurs in conjunction with program monitoring.- Technology used to provide skills training such as the Applied Behavior Analysis. This is done in the community, in the child's home, or an office setting. Trained staff work with children with autism to develop a variety of skills in a structured format, using shape and reinforcement strategies.- Treatment plan using a skills deficit model and comprehensive client-centered approach. Work with inter-agency teams at all levels to design functional approaches to the treatment plan.

Provides emergency rental assistance with goal-oriented case management to address the immediate housing crisis, prevent homelessness, and promote long-term housing stability by addressing barriers related to homelessness. Supportive services may include goal setting and stability planning, budgeting support, employment search, transportation assistance, childcare and benefits navigation, help identifying healthcare providers, and much more. Provides rapid re-housing services where members of the community open their homes to host a youth or young adult in Anoka County who are experiencing homelessness. Provides case management services to help facilitate transitions, minimize barriers, and help youth and young adults set and achieve their goals.

Provides comprehensive free tax assistance, from late January to October, to low- and moderate-income Minnesota taxpayers. Provides the following services:- Do It Yourself Prep: Online training is available to help individuals get ready to file their taxes, and a Self-Prep Tax Guide and the software individuals need to file taxes for free is provided. Individuals need to reserve a spot in the webinar. 50 slots are available per webinar and it will be offered once a week starting in February continuing to April 20. Webinar scheduling availability changes from day to day so check the website to see what is available often for an opening.- DIY Tax Prep: This option is available for people with annual incomes under $73,000 who have access to technology. This program will include a link to create a free TaxSlayer account so individuals can prepare and electronically file their federal and state income taxes as well as the Minnesota property tax refund. Includes a Do-it-Yourself Tax Prep Guide, a useful resource to help individuals navigate tax situations and the tax software. They will offer weekly training on navigating TaxSlayer. Additionally, support will be provided via email and phone to get individuals over the finish line and file if they get stuck in their tax returns.- Tax Prep: Appointments are conducted multiple site locations across the Twin Cities. Appointment scheduling begins January 2026 until full. Appointments are only scheduled two weeks out at a time. Services may not be offered for less common tax situations. Call if you have questions regarding your situation.

ECFE is a parenting education program for all Minnesota families with children between the ages of birth to Kindergarten entrance. Learning opportunities through ECFE may occur in a variety of settings, such as the families' homes, district or community sites, and online parenting education and support. Programming and education services often include parents/caregivers and children but may just include parents/caregivers.Age-specific classes are offered in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Most sessions last 1 to 2 hours.

Support group for family, friends, and other concerned persons in a relationship with a loved one inappropriately using drugs.The meetings follow a twelve step program similar to Al-Anon, NA, and AA. Focus is on the non-using family members and friends attending the meeting, not on the addict. Program is not a drug education program, nor is counseling provided.
