Services include: - Baby Cafe Support Group: Support for helping parents achieve their breastfeeding goals - Health Education Presentations: Health professionals (physician, registered nurse, fitness specialist or nutritionist) deliver 1-hour, customized presentations on health topics including cardiovascular health, exercise/fitness, nutrition, and weight management - Stroke Support Group: Support for people who have experienced a stroke, and their caregivers
