A mental health program for children who require varying levels of intervention to address conditions of emotional disturbance that interfere with their ability to function independently. The program contains components of psychotherapy, and individual, family, and group skills training.

Provides cash assistance to help adults receiving Supplemental Security Income - SSI pay for their basic needs. Adults who are blind, have a disability, or are age 65 and older but don't qualify for SSI because of their income may still be eligible for MSA if they meet income requirements.The basic monthly MSA grant is calculated using either the maximum SSI amount (Federal Benefit Rate) for the adult or their countable income (if they do not receive SSI), and the MSA standard set by state law.Special Needs GrantMSA also may provide special payments for adults who need:- Certain home repairs- Certain household furniture and appliances- Guardian or conservator service fees- Helping pay for housing costs through MSA Housing Assistance- Medically prescribed special diets- Representative payee servicesAdults who receive MSA are also eligible for help with medical, food, and housing costs through Medical Assistance - MA, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program - SNAP, and MSA Housing Assistance programs.

Provides public transportation throughout Watonwan County, including the cities of Butterfield, Darfur, La Salle, Lewisville, Madelia, Odin, Ormsby, and Saint James. Some routes also extend to cities outside of Watonwan County such as Fairmont and Mankato. Transportation is provided to residents for workplace, health care appointments, shopping trips, places of education, and other community services and activities. Fleet vehicles can accommodate wheelchairs, walkers, bicycles, and strollers.

Direct, confidential services to victims of sexual assault:- 24 hour information, referral, crisis phone service, and medical outreach- Advocacy and outreach by staff and volunteers; legal advocacy provided when working with law enforcement and Ramsey County prosecutors- Emergency financial assistance, depending on availability of funds. Limited to once a year. Call for information.- Individual counseling- May provide emergency transportation and assistance with coordinating community resources

Patients who need to speak with a financial counselor, need cost of care estimates, or determine if they may qualify for financial assistance to pay for procedures, may reach out about options. Financial counselors can help individuals understand their responsibilities and may offer no-interest payment plans. Other options may include:- Partners Care Program: Individuals who are uninsured or underinsured and have incomes less than 275% of the Federal Poverty Guideline may be eligible for help to pay their medical bill- Payment plans- Uninsured Discount Program: Individuals who do not have health insurance and do not qualify for Medicaid or Partners Care receive a discount on medically necessary charges. Patients with insurance who receive medically necessary services that are not covered by their insurance may also be eligible.
