Maternity home for women and heir babies for up to 18 months based on resident needs.Individualized support may include:- Accessing educational and employment opportunities- Developing a life plan and move towards their life goals with the assistance of mentors- Developing a successful plan to move to transitional housing- Educational training in health and nutrition, parenting, and childcare- Handling outstanding legal issues- Obtaining childcare assistance- Obtaining maternity and baby clothes, furniture, and home supplies- Planning, shopping, and preparing nutritious meals- Transportation to medical, dental, mental health, and/or chemical dependency services in a timely manner
