Criminal Expungement ClinicAnoka County Law Library partners with Central Minnesota Legal Services for a presentation and clinic to assist individuals in search of criminal expungement. Attorneys give a presentation about the process. Following the presentation, attorneys meet with people thar qualify who have questions and provide additional information.Family Law ClinicsProvides lawyers who may be able to review legal papers, answer questions about the law, and advise on court proceedings. Currently being run remotely with the option of speaking to attorneys via Zoom or phone call. Attorneys can advise about divorce, orders for protection, child support motions, custody matters, and parenting time (visitation). Offers comprehensive assisted living and memory care services designed to support residents' independence, safety, and well-being. Minnesota's Medicaid program for people with low income. Most people who have MA receive health care through health plans. Members who do not receive health care through a health plan receive care on a fee-for-service basis, with providers billing the state directly for services they provide.MA pays for a variety of services like doctor visits, prescriptions, and hospital stays. Some services and prescriptions may require prior approval. MA pays for medical bills going back three months from the month the application is received.NOTE: People with disabilities who work, even if they're over the income or asset limits of MA, may still qualify for a program called Medical Assistance for Employed Persons with Disabilities - MA-EPD.

Hennepin County residents who are experiencing homelessness can receive housing case management assistance through the Homeless to Housing program. The primary focus of the Homeless to Housing team is to fill system gaps by offering case management to people who otherwise lack support and access to resources by helping them secure permanent housing.The Homeless to Housing teams can help single adults, families, youth, and veterans who are staying in shelter or those living unsheltered with the following:1. Referral2. Intake3. Goal planning4. Barrier busting5. Housing identification and move in6. Stabilization and referral to long-term support

Elder services include the following:- Monthly newsletters to keep communication available on planned activities (i.e. concerts, pow-wows, etc.) and other information- Nutritious meals served Monday - Friday at Nett Lake and Vermilion Community Centers with home-delivered meals available to elders who are unable to go to the sites- Transportation for shopping monthly?- Wisdom Steps Program: Preventative health program. Encourages elders to actively participate in programs that promote health screenings, health education, healthy living activities and evidence-based health programs. Elders who become members of the program and complete a minimum of 46,000 steps per year, and complete health screenings and exams become eligible to attend the annual Wisdom Steps Conference Free of charge. Participants earn incentives and recognition at the conference for their work towards becoming healthy and the number of steps that they walk during the year through a Tier system.

Provides application assistance for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and the Nutrition Assistance Program (NAPS). Staff help make sure all required information are submitted.
