Responsible for administration and record keeping for: - Civil Court - Criminal Court - Family Court - Probate Court - Conciliation Court - Juvenile Court - Traffic Court Tax Court Maintains: - Files wills - Issues warrants, subpoenas and executions on judgements Works closely with the County Sheriff's Office and the Social Service Department to insure that court orders and domestic abuse petitions are carried out Court Administrator is present and keeps records at all District Court Sessions
