- Reimbursement of towing and storage fees incurred due to impoundment of a recovered stolen vehicle
- Replacement of necessary property that was lost, damaged or stolen as a result of a crime
- Transportation to locations related to the victim's needs as a victim, sch as medical facilities and facilities of the criminal justice system Victims of crime have also received funding through the program for items such as repairing a broken door, installing new locks, and replacing clothing or bedding taken as evidence.

- Emergency Shelter: A 24-hour domestic violence and sexual violence emergency shelter within Carlton, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, and Pine counties. The Black Dog Hill Shelter provides secure emergency shelter and access to basic needs to survivors and children. Basic needs include meals, toiletries, clothing, linens, diapers, laundry facilities, and access to a food shelf.
- Intervention: Offers a Batterers Intervention Program to those interested and/or court-ordered to participate in a psycho-educational group led by trained professional facilitators. Participants learn to identify abusive behaviors and are taught to react to situations non-abusively and communicate with their partner.
- Support Groups: Provides support groups to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault through empowerment, conversations, and activities. Meetings are held in-person and virtual and times will vary by county office.

Basic needs include meals, toiletries, clothing, linens, diapers, laundry facilities, and access to a food shelf.
- Intervention: Offers a Batterers Intervention Program to those interested and/or court-ordered to participate in a psycho-educational group led by trained professional facilitators. Participants learn to identify abusive behaviors and are taught to react to situations non-abusively and communicate with their partner.
- Support Groups: Provides support groups to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault through empowerment, conversations, and activities. Meetings are held in-person and virtual and times will vary by county office.

Outreach and Support - Coming Out of Bondage - COOB
Provides outreach and support for women seeking to escape human trafficking and prostitution. Services include:
- Financial assistance for clothing, transportation, personal hygiene products, hotel stays, or travel. Amount of assistance may vary and dependent upon funding.
- Referral to resources such as shelter programs, substance use treatment programs, and other basic needs
- Street outreach to individuals on street corners

Adult Protective Services - Kandiyohi County Public Health and Human Services
Provide investigation and intervention service on behalf of vulnerable adults who are unable to act on their own behalf, manage their own affairs, or who are in immediate danger of abuse. Types of abuse may be physical, emotional, sexual abuse, unsafe or hazardous living conditions, exploitation, neglect, or abandonment. Services include:
- Taking reports and investigating abuse and/or treatment
- Removal of the individual to safer surroundings
- Services necessary to remove the conditions which have created a threat to life
NOTE: Complaints, questions, or concerns involving incidents in facilities licensed by the Health Department, such as hospitals, nursing homes, boarding care homes, supervised living facilities, assisted living, and home health agencies can be referred to the Minnesota Board on Aging Ombudsman for Long-Term Care.
