Confidential assistance:- Accompaniment during the court process- Focuses on shifting legal and protective responsibility away from victims of domestic violence to the criminal justice system and provides options and accountability for those who are abusive- Information and referral to legal, medical, and social service agencies- Provides immediate intervention and coordination with law enforcement to assist victims at times of crisis- Offers accompaniment through the justice system and strives to keep victims informed
