Offers Host Home Program that provides services for youth in unstable housing to be connected with a community member who opens their home to house a youth for up to one year. - Supportive Housing Program: Local faith communities and groups partner with The Connect Center to provide a one-year structured program for a family in jeopardy of losing their housing.
