Class is lead by 2 trainers and is available in various locations throughout the year.Tai Ji Quan:Moving for Better Balance helps older adults improve their balance and reduce the likelihood of falling. Research has shown that participants are half as likely to fall and are less fearful of falling. Participants typically have improved physical health that leads to better functioning in daily activities, improved balance, muscle strength, flexibility and mobility, and better mental health.Classes beginning in some areas in 2015.
