Youth workers provide comprehensive and culturally responsive mentorship, support, and access to services, activities, and leadership opportunities. Emergency Shelter and Day Center for people experiencing homelessness. Servants of Shelter operates a 5 apartment unit Family Shelter. Shelter guests receive Case Management and Housing Resource Navigation services during their 30-90 day stay. SOS operates a Day Center with laundry, showers, a communal kitchen, hygiene items, and more. SOS also operates two Permanent Supportive Housing programs for people living with disabilities who are also experiencing homelessness.

Application assistance is available for food stamps and Medical Assistance. - Job search and employment assistance and education assistance and resources - FHPAP application assistance only for eligible youth in Hennepin County seeking rent assistance. FHPAP does not provide direct assistance. Hennepin County is responsible for determining eligibility and distributing rent assistance funds. - On-site health clinic and health care support including referrals to mental health and substance abuse services - Street Outreach Program: Caseworkers go out into the community, locate homeless youth and inform them of services that are available to them. May provide the youth with clothing, safe sex information and resources, bus cards, etc.
