Youth ages 16 - 24 who identify as experiencing homelessness or experiencing unstable housing, who live in Elk River or the surrounding areas

  • Office: 11 am - 1 pm Monday - Thursday- Youth Drop-in Center: 1 pm - 5 pm Monday - Wednesday
1 pm - 7 pm Thursday
