Condition Specific Programs: Include tailored health and fitness programs for people with health conditions including Parkinson's disease and pre-diabetes. Water Safety Program: Provides reduced cost water safety instruction for kids ages 5 - 14 and swimming lessons for ages 6 months to adult. Offers parent and child, school-age children, preschool children, and teen and adult swimming lessons and water safety instruction. Member and non-member rates available. Provides trainings and certifications for lifeguard training, CPR and first aid, babysitting safety, safety training for coaches and instructor level training.
