ECFE is a parenting education program for all Minnesota families with children between the ages of birth to Kindergarten entrance. Learning opportunities through ECFE may occur in a variety of settings, such as the families' homes, district or community sites, and online parenting education and support. Adult Rehabilitation Mental Health Services (ARMHS): Provides support, assistance, and education for clients in developing and strengthening skills to manage the demands of community-based (independent) living. Also provides culturally specific services for the Somali and East African immigrant communities.Early Intervention (Children ages 0 - 5): Provides a comprehensive mental health and developmental disorders diagnostic assessment for infants, toddlers, and preschool children.School-Based Services: Dakota County partner schools provide services to students in their home, in the community, or in school, including individual and family therapy and individual and family skills training.Telehealth services are available.

Camp Odayin provides camp experiences for children with heart disease and their families. Year-round programs include:- Family Camp: For Heart Heroes and their families in grades 12 and younger. Provides two weekends of camp with creative and friendship-building activities. Educational opportunities are available to parents.- Parent Retreats: For parents of Heart Heroes in grades 12 and younger. Dads Day provides a day of outdoor recreation and connection in Prior Lake, MN. Moms Retreats occur in both White Bear Lake, MN and Lake Geneva, WI for a weekend of mutual support and self-care.- Summer Camp: For Heart Heroes in grades 1-11. Sessions are held in Crosslake, MN and another session in Elkhorn, WI. Provides an 5-day overnight day camp experience that includes horseback riding, water sports, arts and crafts, archery, campfires, talent show, and more.- Winter Camp: For Heart Heroes in grades 1-12 held in February. Provides activities such as tubing, broom ball, arts and crafts, connecting with friends, and indoor activities. Kids are grouped based on age for activities and stay in retreat-style housing.

Provides adoptive placement services to children who are in need of an adoptive home, through the use of the State Adoption Exchange. Information about private adoption agencies for families who are interested in adoption is also available.

Emergency food shelf providing canned goods and personal hygiene items such as diapers, wipes, toilet paper, laundry soap, toothpaste, shampoo, and more. The distribution of food is based on household size.The food shelf can be accessed more than once a month, depending on the situation.

Lifeline is a discount of approximately $9.25, which can be used for wireless phones, broadband internet, home phones, or a bundle. Some cellular companies may provide free cellular phones, and additional discounts or minutes. TAP is a discount of $7 that can only be used for home phones.Those living on federally recognized tribal lands/reservations can receive additional discounts.Customers cannot receive multiple discounts (landline and wireless, or two wireless). Only one discount per household is allowed.
