Many participants have Alzheimer's or other forms of Dementia. Offers relief and support to participants' families and caregivers. Activities include:- Dice/card games- Morning coffee social- Pick-ups and drop-off transportation within a 20-mile radius who can get in and out of a car- Therapy dog visits and more

Provides a break for caregivers who may be experiencing physical, emotional, or mental exhaustion from their caregiving responsibilities. It allows them to take some time off to rest and recharge while their loved one receives care from qualified professionals. This type of care can be provided for a few days, or even for an extended period, depending on the needs of the caregiver and the older adult being cared for.

Provides outpatient mental health services such as:- Individual and Family Therapy: Help address feelings of helplessness, sadness, difficulty concentrating on everyday activities, excessive worry, harmful thoughts, and actions that may cause harm to self or others. Therapy explores desired goals and works on changes in the way of thinking, reacting, and behaving.- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT): Helps people suffering from mood disorders and those with harmful behavior patterns to increase emotion regulation skills, decrease fluctuating emotions and moods, increase distress tolerance skills, interpersonal effectiveness skills, and mindfulness.- Psychiatry Services: Performs a full range of medical laboratory, psychological tests, and medication management to help assess both the physical and mental aspects of the client's mental health.

Childhood Immunizations: Available for children who are uninsured, underinsured, or whose insurance does not cover certain vaccines. Eligible children may qualify for free vaccines through the Minnesota Vaccines for Children (MnVFC) program. Families can ask about eligibility at the clinic. Adult Immunizations: Flu vaccines are available for adults. Availability of other adult vaccines may vary; check with the clinic for details. Insurance and Billing: If your health insurance does not cover immunizations, let clinic staff know before receiving a vaccine to avoid unexpected bills. Program Coverage: While vaccines may be provided at no cost through MnVFC for eligible children, an administration fee or small clinic fee may apply.

Helps individuals and families with low incomes (including temporary low incomes) get the food they need for nutritious and well-balanced meals. Provides extra support to help stretch a household's food budget - it is not meant to cover all the groceries a family needs.Monthly benefits are loaded on an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card, which looks and works like a debit card. The card can be used to buy groceries at authorized stores, farmers markets, and online retailers. Learn more about where to shop and what can be bought. The amount of benefits received is based on income, expenses, and number of people in the household.The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Employment and Training (SNAP E&T) program provides free employment and education training and support for people getting SNAP benefits. SNAP E&T participants gain support, skills, training, or experience to reach their goals. Many organizations, including technical and community colleges, community-based organizations, county agencies, tribes, and CareerForce Centers provide SNAP E&T programs and services. Programs can include career planning, job search, training for in-demand jobs, student support, financial support, and continued support once a participant has a job.

Offers mental health rehabilitation services to help affected individuals recover to the point where they can manage their lives. These services assist and support recipients in developing skills in areas such as community resource utilization, medication monitoring, symptom management, use of transportation, household management, and many others.
