Helps service members, veterans, survivors, and their families navigate the Veterans Administration benefits system. Members are assigned a Veteran Service Representative based on their location. Offers a military help line exclusively for current members and veterans of the military and their families. Service members or eligible family members stationed in the United States or overseas, they can also access the help line, based on their telephone operator or using the Defense Switched Network (DSN).
