Offers Host Home Program that provides services for youth in unstable housing to be connected with a community member who opens their home to house a youth for up to one year.- Supportive Housing Program: Local faith communities and groups partner with The Connect Center to provide a one-year structured program for a family in jeopardy of losing their housing. Families work toward their goals with an expanded positive support network which includes a volunteer family mentor.
