Tenants must demonstrate a commitment to sobriety and agree to MIWRC's zero tolerance policy for onsite substance use, gang affiliation, and/or interpersonal violence.

The groups focus on developing skills to manage trauma responses, healthy eating, physical exercise, and study skills.- Wakanyeja Kin Wakan Pi (Our Children are Sacred): provides case management, parent education on infant safety and health, nutrition, prenatal education, home visits, connection to resources, and Mother's Circle support group for women who are pregnant or parenting children 13 months or younger.
