Groups provide a welcoming, safe, judgment-free space to share challenges, successes, and learn from one another. Groups are free and meet for 90 minutes. Groups are a place to find support, learn new skills and strategies, and better understand and manage anxiety in daily life. The Open Door program is based on the book Embracing the Fear: Learning to Manage Anxiety and Panic Attacks by Judith Bemis and Amr Barrada. All groups are facilitated by people with lived experience with anxiety and panic attacks.
