Promotes a Community Wellness Partnership throughout the county in partnership with Cottonwood and Jackson County. Initiatives and services include:- Community Health Workers who work with individuals and families to help them navigate health care and social services systems- Diabetes and hypertension prevention with healthcare systems and local organizations to raise awareness- Healthy eating and physical activity in schools and communities- Wellness within the workplace to promote creation of healthier worksites through policy, systems, and the environment.
