Resource Baskets - Jack's Basket
Provides baskets with resources and handy items to new and expectant parents of babies born with Down syndrome
Each basket contains a personal letter from Jack's family, written to encourage families on their new, unexpected journey, a baby sign language DVD, and two physical books. There are also some gifts for the new arrival including a personalized onesie, a blanket, a burp cloth, a hand-knit hat and booties, a board book, and toys
