After receiving their personalized list, disaster survivors can apply for several forms of assistance and be directed to the appropriate federal agency for those forms of assistance that do not yet offer online assistance.- Survivors can now visit the website to download forms and fact sheets, as well as informational materials designed to help school children and their families learn about natural disasters and disaster assistance.
