Staff work with clients to find a class or activity that is a good fit for the client.

Works with adults diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness residing across Hennepin County communities. To increase overall stability, improve health and wellness, and support the member's ability to remain in the community, the team assesses the individual's goals and then provides or coordinates services to support folks in moving toward those goals.
