Caring Connection - VINE Faith in Action
Matches trained volunteers with older adults whose mental well-being is challenged by their life circumstances. Volunteers provide friendship and support to a peer as they face the changes and challenges of growing older. Activities may include a walk, talking, playing cards, or attending a community event.
Most peer counseling relationships last from several months to a year and include weekly hour-long visits and goal setting.

Events: Provides social, recreational, and cultural events that are fully accessible to people with vision loss
Peer Mentors: Trained volunteers who offer support to people with vision loss who are new and adjusting to the new phase in their lives. They meet to work on specific goals for a defined period of time. Peer mentors help participants understand and address feelings of depression and isolation.
Support Groups: Offers support groups for people with vision loss to adjust to the new phase in their lives
Events: Provides social, recreational, and cultural events that are fully accessible to people with vision loss

Care Consultation: Keystone Care Consultants help seniors navigate their health, economic, and social needs. Care managers meet with individuals in their homes or at one of the community centers to conduct an assessment, gather input from caregivers, and create goals. Once the assessment is complete, services may include: setting up rides to a social program, researching housing options, making a referral to an agency that helps with grocery shopping and/or cleaning, providing caregiver support, and accompanying seniors to doctor visits.
Grocery Delivery: Provides free grocery delivery for low-income seniors and adults with disabilities. Those who qualify can receive monthly deliveries. Delivery can include meat, dairy, fresh produce, and shelf-stable items. In each delivery, individuals will receive an average of 25 pounds of food per person in the household. - Short-term support counseling for individuals who have been sexually assaulted, including individuals used in prostitution and sex trafficking. Counseling is also available for family members and friends of sexual violence victims.

- Hospital Counseling/Advocacy: Counselors are available to provide counseling, offer information, provide options, and support sexual assault victims at the hospital when they come in for an evidentiary exam. If the victim wishes to make a report to law enforcement, the counselor will remain to provide support. If, upon arriving at the hospital, the sexual assault advocate is told that the victim does not wish to have an advocate, a packet of written information will be left for the victim, and the advocate will leave. Advocates provide support to family and friends of victims in the hospital.

Pro-life pregnancy resource center that offers the following services:
- Diapers
- Earn While You Learn Program: Offers educational courses for pregnant women. After each course, women earn points that can be redeemed for free items such as baby equipment (pack 'n plays, strollers, high chairs, etc.), baby items (blankets, diapers, bottles, formula, wipes, etc.), clothing for up to 2 years of age, and maternity clothes.
- Limited ultrasounds
- Peer counseling
- Pregnancy testing and verification
- Sexually transmitted infection (STI) Gonorrhea and Chlamydia testing
