Collaborative effort that provides new back-to-school supplies to Olmsted County families with children in grades preK-12: - Backpacks and supplies are distributed to students through participating school districts - Donations are accepted online in early July when the supply drive opens - Organizations, groups, or businesses may participate by holding their own drive online - Volunteer opportunities are available for individuals or groups

Provides community education about domestic violence, intimate partner violence, healthy relationships, and other abusive behaviors to the public. Offers information and tips on the website about helping someone who is experiencing abuse, electronic device safety, effects on domestic violence on children, dating and teen violence, and family and friends of victims of domestic violence. Southern Valley Alliance offers awareness training presentations and builds relationships with community partners about domestic violence, education to youth, inform neighbors, and other community groups.
