Outreach workers are on call to meet with and talk to individuals who are experiencing homelessness and staying outside or in places not fit for human habitation. Outreach workers provide supplies such as winter clothing and camping gear (when possible) to meet individual's basic needs and connect them to appropriate services to improve their quality of life. Accepts donations of winter clothing and camping gear. Outreach workers can provide information on how to schedule a housing assessment for Coordinated Entry transitional or permanent supportive housing.

Provides a daily drop-in and resource center serving those experiencing homelessness and those at-risk of homelessness. Provides access to basic needs such as: ?- Clothing - Food (shelf stable foods) - Hygiene supplies - Phone and computer access - Referrals to organizations such as Southern Minnesota Legal Services (SMRLS), state and county housing programs, and Coordinated Entry assessments - Respite room and lounge space - Tents
