The goal of the program is to build community and support successful life change in a safe place. Condition Specific Programs: Include tailored health and fitness programs for people with health conditions including Parkinson's disease and pre-diabetes.

Water Safety Program: Provides reduced cost water safety instruction for kids ages 5 - 14 and swimming lessons for ages 6 months to adult. Offers parent and child, school-age children, preschool children, and teen and adult swimming lessons and water safety instruction. Member and non-member rates available.
Provides trainings and certifications for lifeguard training, CPR and first aid, babysitting safety, safety training for coaches and instructor level training. Classes are offered in a traditional classroom and blended where lessons are online and skills are practiced in class.
Group Exercise Classes: Members can attend a variety of free fitness classes, including cardio and strength, dance, strength, yoga and pilates, ForeverWell, Kids and Family, and water exercise. Note: Not all classes are offered at all locations.
Personal Training and Assessments: Rates for members and non-members. Members can receive a free one-on-one 60-minute assessment session with a certified personal trainer. Personal training sessions are available virtually via Zoom (included in membership or a monthly fee).

Bone Builder Classes - Arrowhead Economic Opportunity Agency (AEOA) - Senior and Nutrition Services
Through a partnership with AmeriCorps Seniors and their RSVP program, AEOA is able to offer Bone Builders classes. Participants use a combination of weight-bearing exercises, balance and strength training guided by an instructor. The idea behind the program is to increase muscle and bone density, reducing the risk of falls associated with osteoporosis.
