Provides family health services through various programs. Services provided: - Car Seat Program: Car seats are distributed to families who meet qualifying guidelines. A Child Passenger Safety Seat Technician is available to assist any families within the community with how to properly buckle up their children in car seats as well as how to install car seats correctly. - Child and Teen Checkup (CTC) Outreach: Offers health checkups to children ages birth - 12 years who are enrolled in Medical Assistance (MA). Services include physical examinations, immunizations, hearing checks, vision check, lab tests, child development and growth, and referrals to dentists and other health care services. - Family Home Visiting Program: Offers a home visiting program to pregnant women and families with young children to help families raise healthy children to succeed in school and life.
