In addition to job training and career planning, participants will have access to transportation assistance and financial coaching. - Welding and CNC Machining: Offers participants that have completed Manufacturing Foundations, the opportunity to pursue advanced manufacturing programs at Hennepin Technical College that includes 7 - 10 month certificates in Gas Metal Arc Welding or CNC Machining. Program also prepares participants an opportunity to continue their education and earn an associate's degree in a skilled trade.
