- Provides work orientation, work activity training, community orientation, and focus on personal habits as related to work and other aspects of daily living - The emphasis of this program will be the world of work and will include assistance in developing individual work habits and skills and developing a relationship between work and the community through supported employment and community orientation

Participants may be working toward job-readiness in the community or adding to their existing skills. Some work includes: - Box assembly - Bulk mailing - Commercial sewing - Computer graphics - Computer refurbishing - Data entry - Document scanning - Inserting images/sealer - Kit-building - Laminating - Laser engraving - Packaging and shipping - Shrink-wrapping and auto-bagging These programs offer a variety of supportive work settings, individualized program planning, work behavior development and skill building.

Services include: - Provide long-term personal and social development opportunities within a structured environment for severely disabled individuals - Find paid, meaningful work in a variety of integrated settings for people with developmental disabilities and which assign a "job coach" to work side-by-side with each client to provide advocacy with the employer and other employees - Day training and habilitation services are offered regarding basic skills, daily living skills, and recreational and social activities - Transportation is provided for activities

- Once a participant has successfully completed Employee Development Services but is not yet ready for supported or competitive employment, he/she may be hired into work services. - Program provides work and fringe benefits while continuing the individualized work goals and skills training for participants. - Behavioral goals and productivity are constantly monitored by staff. - When the participant meets the criteria necessary for community employment, he/she is assisted with job placement in the community

Provides job training, guidance, and wages for individuals working in job settings preparing them for competitive integrated employment and/or self-employment. Job training includes: - Assisting with the day-to-day operations at the facility (laundry, dishes, janitorial, etc.) - Chore crews (lawn mowing, snow shoveling, raking, processing recycling, etc.) - Smaller jobs for outside agencies (shredding, packaging, etc.) There are a variety of work projects to fit each individual's skill set and interests. Employment Support Services (ESS) are also offered, which are designed to help participants maintain community employment. Chore crew services are available for residents of the community, including: - Commercial Services - lawn care and snow removal - Gardening/Weeding - Lawn Mowing* - includes trimming - Raking - includes bagging and disposal - Snow Removal* *Reduced cost of snow removal and lawn care may be available for older adults
