Emergency Services - Salvation Army - Sherburne and Wright Counties
The availability of financial assistance/vouchers varies month by month and may be limited to partial payments depending on the amount owed and funds available. Financial emergency assistance may be available once every 12 months and considered on a case-by-case basis for the following. Services include, but are not limited to:
- Food vouchers
- Furniture vouchers and referrals to Bridging to receive furniture
- Gas money vouchers or gift cards are available once every 6 months, depending upon the situation
- Heat Share program provides fuel oil, gas, and electric payment assistance to avoid disconnection
- Information and referral for eye care and food shelf
- Networking support
- Other financial assistance for emergencies beyond the individual's control
- Pathway of Hope: Mentoring program for families. Provides help with attaining goals.
- Rent payment assistance
- School supplies available seasonally?
- Seasonal family and kids' day and weekend camps
- Sewer, trash, and water service payment assistance
- Vehicle repair cost assistance
- Winter outerwear
