Clinic Services - Annex Teen Clinic

Pro-choice pregnancy counseling organization that provides sexual health care and education to young individuals. Services are confidential and nonjudgmental. Offers information and resources to young individuals to make decisions for themselves. Services provided: - Birth Control: Offers information about the different kinds of birth control methods. Birth control options available are emergency contraception and condoms. Some may require a referral for a visit with a nurse or provider, not onsite. Annex can help with providing information about each birth control option and direct as necessary. - Pregnancy Testing: Offers an over-the-counter pregnancy test and pregnancy counseling services with all options in whatever care the individual may need, including adoption, abortion, and prenatal care referrals. Offers pro-choice and pro-life counseling services to young individuals. - Sexual Preventative Care: Offers various types of preventative care such as blood pressure checks, breast and chest exams, colposcopy, mental health screenings, HIV prevention, yearly exams, urinary or vaginal infection and testing, and PAP smears from a licensed medical provider onsite.
