Benton Stearns Education Center offers a variety of educational programming for students with disabilities. The program currently serves the educational needs of students in grades K-12 and students from 18 - 21 years in age. The focus is on helping students develop tools that will increase their ability to have success in school, both academically and behaviorally.

- Strength-based truancy/delinquency prevention program with student family advocates that meet with students individually and in groups to help them achieve their goals - School-based Children's Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS) for students with mental health diagnoses

Prosecutes crimes on behalf of Olmsted County; provides crime victim/witness assistance - Criminal division: Diversion programs - Civil division: Commitment, forfeitures of certain property associated with the commission of a "designated offense", truancy prevention, and property tax - Child support division: Helps establish paternity and establish, modify, and enforce support orders - Juvenile division: Prosecutes juvenile offenses
